Want to Help?
If you’re interested in serving in our student ministry, I’m sure we have a place for you. We are always looking for someone; this is a great opportunity for you to take the next step and get involved. We have an outstanding team that is excited about what God is doing in the hearts of the students at Lexington UMC. If you’re interested in volunteering, please talk to Rev. Elizabeth Murray at Elizabeth@lexumcsc.com.
How To Serve
We are always looking for people to bring a meal for the youth one Sunday night. We try to keep our meals free for our youth families and volunteers, so we rely heavily on volunteers to make this happen! This is an easy, fun way to engage with our youth one night! To sign up for a Sunday night slot, please contact Wendi Walsh at 803-622-7053
If you feel called to give to our ministry, please see our Give page here
Lexington United Methodist Church is a safe sanctuary church. Safe Sanctuaries® is a “social structure that is consistent with the gospel” (BOD ¶122) allowing our sanctuaries, classrooms, mission encounters, camps and retreats, and all spaces where we gather to worship and serve God to be places of trust. If you would like more information of Safe Sanctuary in South Carolina click here. Lexington UMC’s Safe Sanctuary policy is available upon request.
